About
Monica Montironi
I am an Associate Certified Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation, practicing as a lawyer since 2000, and holding a Master's degree in Economics and Business Law.
During my extensive career spanning over two decades, I served as a business lawyer for prominent Italian law firms, specializing in corporate mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, I held the position of an independent director at Unieuro S.p.a., a company listed on the stock exchange.
This rich professional background has afforded me a nuanced understanding and heightened sensitivity to the inherent challenges of complex organizations. Facilitating the sharing and accomplishment of objectives—be they individual, team-oriented, or corporate—addressing information asymmetry, fostering trust, resolving problems, enhancing communication effectiveness, demonstrating leadership, managing conflicts, and navigating organizational change are among the critical areas where I have discerned the utmost importance.
It is through my engagement in coaching and training, particularly in the realm of soft skills, that I've had the opportunity to seamlessly merge my extensive professional experience with a lifelong passion for the study of human sciences.
My overarching ambition is to provide individuals, organizations, and companies with tools that facilitate growth on both personal and professional fronts. This is driven by the goal of achieving a shared purpose that aligns with the diverse needs of individuals within these contexts.

I have a deep passion for cinema and theater. In addition to that, I engage in practicing rowing and mindfulness. I also derive immense enjoyment from taking long walks in nature.
