My coaching methodology centers on wholeheartedly embracing individuals in their complexity and richness. The approach is entirely holistic, guiding people through the process of addressing problems, needs, and objectives inherent to them and manageable through coaching.


While one-to-one coaching may be categorized under labels like "life," "executive," "professional," or "corporate," I find such distinctions limiting. Beyond the specific needs of the path, the person is engaged in the process holistically, not as a segmentation.


I facilitate an exploratory journey in collaboration with my coaching partner, employing active listening, reflection on words, attitudes, postures, emotions, and energy shifts. Through open questions, presence, reformulation, synthesis, observation, and interpretation of various consciously or unconsciously used languages, a dialogical and maieutic path unfolds.

This prompts the coachee to investigate the systems they inhabit, their self-beliefs, limiting beliefs, needs, strengths, and desires, whether known or concealed. In the reflective process, the coachee encounters acknowledgments, contradictions, words, images, intuitions, gaps, and repetitions, encouraging them to reconsider their expressions and the perception of themselves and their world. The coachee gains insights to identify emotional blocks and dysfunctional behaviors, leading to new perspectives aligned with their objectives.


I stimulate the development of critical thinking, awareness, and the assumption of responsibility in a creative journey of expanding and consolidating self-leadership. While the process typically involves identifying short, medium, and long-term objectives, visualizing obstacles and resources, and defining an action plan, the value of my approach lies in providing the coachee with the opportunity to acquire new self-awareness. This is achieved through broadening perspectives and gaining new viewpoints crucial for unlocking one's potential.


I employ various forms of systemic representation, such as symbols, cards, and scenic mind map representations. These facilitate immediate integration between the emotional and rational spheres, allowing the coachee to glean valuable insights. The coachee is empowered to take full responsibility for an evolutionary and transformative journey, assuming roles as both an actor and an observer.


In their complete self-determination, the coachee identifies the concrete possibility of living a life, both personally and professionally, consistent with their needs, values, means, and objectives.

I examine team dynamics, interactions, and relationships formed during sessions and reflect them through a shadowing process. In this process, without judgment or personalization, the team is positioned to observe itself objectively, verifying strengths and weaknesses. Support is provided for the team to identify individual and collective needs, aligning respective objectives with those of the organization. A climate of trust is cultivated within a secure environment, encouraging each participant to adopt an empathic approach and engage in active, non-judgmental listening to the requests and needs of fellow team members.


I analyze communication dynamics and aid in establishing a language that fosters connectivity and collaborative problem-solving. Assertive and non-violent communication methods are introduced and tested to facilitate constructive conflict management, creating an environment conducive to creativity and cooperation, capable of overcoming the pitfalls of "groupthink."

Each individual is encouraged to actively participate in various dynamics, with the goal of complete integration into the team, recognizing their essential, unique, and irreplaceable role within it. I nurture the development of a climate of trust as an indispensable foundation for cooperation, motivation, and the assumption of responsibility. Teams and team leaders align needs and objectives in a process of mutual integration and acceptance.


Through a dialectical process, the team transcends individual dimensions and assumes a collective protagonist role, identifying and addressing blocks, polarizations, and functional and dysfunctional dynamics. Therefore, the team is at the core of a process of integration and alignment, enabling individuals to recognize the value and enhanced effectiveness of coordinated group action compared to the mere sum of individual contributions.


I present models and tools, transferring them in a non-directive manner to ensure everyone can draw upon and apply them directly and practically. I foster learning through exercises, role-playing, and simulations, during which I provide supervision and mentoring. I employ systemic representation using the "management constellation" method, which involves the scenic representation of the team's objectives, themes, and dynamics. This method is valuable for integrating intuition and rational thinking, guiding group members in managing insights.

I offer individuals and organizations tools to enhance and develop their human skills, along with effective methods to improve personal and professional interactions. Employing an integrated approach, I not only provide the theoretical foundations of the tools and methods but also engage individuals or groups immediately in a creative process. Through experimentation and feedback, they achieve effective skill consolidation.


In this process, the most frequently used and effective skills include leadership management and development, assertive communication, open questions and active listening, change management, conflict management, goal setting and result orientation, problem-solving, emotions management, recognition of bias and limiting beliefs, time management, delegation management, and meeting management.


Finally, I collaborate as a coach and trainer with Wise Humanity, an organization that offers a diverse range of programs and training tools. These are designed to provide valuable and effective transformative paths for personal evolution, tailored to the specific needs of individuals and companies.
