The Method
I view coaching and training as indispensable tools to facilitate individuals and organizations on a balanced and enduring path of growth. The individual, serving as both the protagonist and observer of their own dynamics, is encouraged to heighten awareness of themselves and their inherent potential. They are guided to identify and overcome their limiting factors while taking full responsibility for themselves and their impact on the systems they engage with. I actively contribute to instilling a sense of mutual responsibility between individuals and systems, fostering a process of integration and interdependence. This collaborative approach ensures that respective objectives are harmonized, all aimed at achieving a shared purpose.
